Annual assemblies

An annual assembly of the administrators and shareholders must take place every year. These assembles have as objectives those of ratifying the actions posed during the year, of electing the administrators and of choosing an accountant for the following year.

More often than not, these assemblies are in written form. The declaration of dividends must additionally be the object of a resolution from the administrators.
