Initial declaration
When you choose to incorporate a company in Quebec, we compose and issue the original declaration required by the Loi sur la publicité légale for you. This declaration seeks to designate, amongst other things, the other business names used by the company, the firm's activities, and the three primary shareholders in terms of number of voices or voting rights. The original declaration is required within 60 days of the company's registration.
