-Government fees of $300.00
-Company statutes and completed initial declaration
-Completed minute book

With a name, add 115$ for the name search: 754.00$ (taxes included)

NUMBERED FEDERAL COMPANY
(with option of a business name: exemple: 123456 CANADA INC. doing business under the name FLOWER FLORISTS)
$780.00 (taxes included) including:
- Government fees of $412.00 (Incorporation $200 + registration in
the province of Québec $212)
-Company statutes and completed declaration of registration
-Completed minute book

With a name, add 115$ for the name search: 895.00$ (taxes included)


NAMED COMPANY/CORPORATION
There are additional fees of approximately $115.00 for the name search and reservation. Please contact us for more information.

Please note that full payment must be received before work can begin.

Processing time
Your order will be processed as soon as it is received by our offices, i.e., we will register the incorporation the same day (if received during regular office hours). Next, the waiting period is equal to that of the government for issuing documents.
