If there is a new address, it will be necessary that this modification be inscribed in the Registre des entreprises du Québec as well as in the corporation’s minute book.

For federal corporations, the headquarters are rather established with regard to provinces of Canada. If the headquarters’ new address is located in a new province, a modification of the statutes will be necessary-we are able to perform this modification. This is also the case if the new address is located within the same province, seeing as though it will be necessary that this modification be inscribed in the Registre des entreprises fédéral as well as in the corporation’s minute book.
